Q: Is jewellery a good gift?

A: Of course it is! We think jewellery can be a really meaningful gift, especially when you put some extra thought into it. Consider adding their birthstone, zodiac sign, birth flower or initials to make it feel even more thoughtful.

Q: Can I personalise jewellery?

A:  Yes! And, actually, there are so many lovely ways you can personalise jewellery with us to make it completely unique. Try engraving a pair of cufflinks with their initials, hand-stamping your name on a necklace or picking a pair of earrings with their birthstone. The possibilities are endless...

Q: Can I return personalised jewellery from NOTHS?

A:  As it can't be resold by our sellers, we unfortunately do not allow returns on jewellery or other items that have been personalised. But if you have any problems with your order, please get in touch with the seller who will be happy to help.

Q: How do I care for the jewellery?

A:  This will really depend on what type of jewellery you choose but a general rule of thumb is to keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place to prevent tarnishing. And, unless the jewellery is waterproof, it’s best to avoid wearing it while swimming or showering, too. For necklaces and bracelets, you’ll want to keep them in a jewellery box or bag to help prevent tangling (something no one wants to deal with!).

Q: How do I know if the jewellery is of good quality?

A:  If you want to check the quality of the jewellery, take a look at the product description. This will tell you what the jewellery is made of along with handy information about how to care for it.

Q: Can I contact the jewellery maker directly?
A:  Yes, you can directly contact all of our small brand sellers. Simply scroll down on the product page and click the ‘Contact brand’ button at the bottom to send them a message. They’ll be more than happy to answer any of your questions.
